Download the Windows installer from tailscale.com/download, install Tailscale, and start the app. After it starts, you find Tailscale in the notification area of the taskbar.

Open PowerShell or the Command Prompt as administrator and run the login command. It is also shown in the Connect dialog of your workspace:
tailscale login --login-server=https://headscale.application-platform.com -
A browser window opens where you sign in. You can close it afterwards.
Instead of using the command line, you can also store the server in the app. To do so, enter the custom login server https://headscale.application-platform.com under Settings and then sign in.
Checking the connection
The Tailscale app now shows Connected. After that, RDP and the workspace apps from the web interface work as described under Connect to your workspace. If the app shows something else, check whether the login command ran without an error message and whether you completed the sign-in in the browser.
